The engine was derived from the air cooled, single-cylinder 4-stroke 125 Centomila unit. To gain the extra displacement, the bore was increased from 54 to 59.5 mm. The 125’s stroke of 54 mm was retained. The cylinder was made of cast iron and the cylinder head light alloy. Carburation was by a 20 mm Dell’Orto MB20B and power output was 10 bhp (7.5 kW) @ 6,400 rpm.

A geared primary drive took power to the wet, multi-plate clutch. The unit construction gearbox initially had 4 speeds, 5 speeds were introduced in 1966, and final drive was by chain.

For the chassis, MV’s usual frame construction of steel tube and sheet metal was used. Telescopic forks were used on the front and rear suspension was by swinging arm and twin shock absorbers. Brakes were drums front and rear and spoked wheels were fitted harley superbike, ktm wallpaper, yamaha dtx, Motorcycle wallpapers, kawasaki

(Motorcycle)Honda CL450 Motorcycle
The sister bike to the Honda CB450, the Honda CL450 was the dual sport or “scrambler” model of Honda’s 444 cc (27.1 cu in) DOHC parallel-twin engined motorcycle. The differences between the models were mostly cosmetic; the CL450 having off-road-style high-level exhaust pipes and braced handlebars, for instance.

Initially available in kit form for the 1967 CB450, it was officially released in 1968 as the CL450K1 “Scrambler” in silver, candy red and candy blue colors (only the tank and air filter covers were painted). This year also saw the addition of a 5-speed gearbox, an upgrade from the older 4-speed Motorcycle wallpapers#Honda #HarleySuperbike #SuzukiSuperbike #DucatiMotorbike #MotorbikeWallpaper

(Motorcycle)Suzuki RG50 Motorcycle
The Suzuki RG50 motorcycle was produced in different versions. One of them, the RG50 Gamma, is a sport motorcycle powered by a two-stroke, single-cylinder engine of 49 cubic centimeters displacement that has been around since at least 1986. It is not currently in production.

This motorcycle has a six-speed transmission. Its maximum speed on level pavement with no headwind is 60 km/hour in 4th gear at 6000 rpm. Fuel usage at full speed is average, at around 40mpg +/- 30%. The engine redlines at 5500 rpm, and engine torque below 5000 rpm is quite feeble. A first gear with higher-than-average speed ratio, combined with weak low-speed torque, makes it a fairly difficult bike to start from standstill.

The motorcycle’s dry weight is 62 kg; the quoted engine power is 7.2 ps.

In some countries, such as New Zealand, the RG50 was a popular bike choice for bucket racing, being light and easy to tune
