GP4
In 2004 the Desmosedici GP4, again in the hands of Capirossi and Bayliss, underwent a series of major modifications. A large part of the season went by before the bike became competitive, but the season concluded with both riders on the podium.
At 989 cc, the GP4’s top speed record of 347.4 km/h (215.9 mph) was set by Loris Capirossi at IRTA Tests in Catalunya, Spain ducati wallpaper hd, ducati panigale wallpaper, ducati wallpaper hd, Motorcycle wallpapers, ducati panigale superbike wallpaper
(Motorcycle)Ducati Multistrada Motorcycle
The first version to be sold in 2003 had a 1,000 cc engine, but a smaller 620 cc version was introduced in 2005. The 2003 model Multistrada received most of its criticisms because of its seat, described as “a vinyl covered sheet of plywood” by Motorcyclist magazine, and windscreen that caused undue buffeting.
2005?2006
In 2005, the 1000DS Multistrada received an improved side stand (the 2003?2004 side stand was too short and made the bike prone to accidental tip-over), redesigned seats with softer padding and less angular shapes, improved mirrors with longer stems for better visibility and the optional touring screen from the 2003?2004 model year became standard. 2005 also saw the introduction of the 1000DS S model that came with ?hlins suspension, black wheels and carbon fiber belt covers and front fender. The S-model also came with an aluminum oversized handlebar that was said to reduce vibration and improve handling Motorcycle wallpapers#DucatiBike #DucatiMultistradaSuperbike #DucatiSuperbikeWallpaper #DucatiWallpaper #DucatiWallpaper
(Motorcycle)Ducati SuperSport Motorcycle
The Ducati 800SS, introduced in 2003, is the smaller capacity, higher revving version of that year’s air-cooled Ducati SuperSport (SS) model range.
The 800SS is a popular base for production racing in the United States, where it competes against motorcycles such as the Suzuki SV650. It is also eligible for racing in the UK in the Minitwins series with a variety of clubs such as Bemsee/MRO, North Gloucester Road Racing Club (NGRRC), and the North East Motorcycle Racing Club (NEMCRC).
History
In 2003 a new fuel-injected desmodromic 90? V-twin, 88 mm x 66 mm, 803 cc engine, and a new six-speed gearbox were offered in the Supersport 800. There were two versions available: the 800 Supersport and the 800 Sport. The Supersport featured a high specification chassis whilst the Sport was a lower cost version with a less well-specified chassis. Both used the same engine and came in with either a full fairing or half-fairing. The two-valve per cylinder engine produced 74.5 hp @ 8250 rpm, and 70 N?m (7.1 kgf?m) @ 6250 rpm
